Royal London is the UK’s largest pensions and investments company. They are also a Founding Partner of the first-ever British & Irish Lions Women’s team.
We needed to raise awareness of both the Women’s Lions tour and Royal London’s founding partner status.
Building on the insight that most of the players were used to being rivals, not teammates, we put the four nations through a playful team-building bootcamp.
The result - a three year contract with Royal London, taking us through to the 2027 New Zealand Tour.
